2. All sales are final

Returns are not accepted.

If your set arrives with a clear quality issue (e.g. missing embroidery patch, stains, or visible defects in the plushies), please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos attached. Once the issue is verified, we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

• Please note that minor variations in stitching, fabric, or coloring are inherent to small-batch production and are not considered quality defects.
